DuckStock the Party Events 
 

Rules and Regulations

1.      Duckstocktheparty is held at Dragon Hills, which is PRIVATE PROPERTY. Please respect any and all rules put forth by the owners.

2.      You MUST show a picture ID when signing in at the gate.

3.      Absolutely NO ONE under the age of 18 will be allowed.

4.      If you are going to charge for services rendered then you will have to be a vendor and on the vendors list.

5.      There are limited RV hookups available on a first come first serve basis. Electric for RV is $15 per day

6.      Duckstock "The Party" is a private function, and is off-limits to media personnel acting in a professional capacity.  NO PHOTO’s unless arrangements have been made with security.

7.      Duckstock "The Party" is clothing optional. Yes this means there might (and probably will) be naked "ducks" running around!!

8.      No one is required to attend our ceremonies or classes, but please respect the rights of those who choose to do so; try to keep your noise, music and conversation to a minimum during these times if you are close by.

9.      Firearms are not allowed at Dragon Hills during the festival.

10.   Of course, any infraction of mundane law, i.e., theft, threat to or endangerment of others, etc., are grounds for immediate expulsion from the festival, and possible arrest, if appropriate.

11.   Underage drinking, gross drunken behavior, and unwanted sexual attention (harassment) WILL NOT BE TOLERATED!!

12.   Also, illegal substances are absolutely forbidden, by any and all people!! This is very important if you can't abstain for the weekend, please stay home. We run the risk of losing the site and our freedoms otherwise. Don't use drugs at the festival; don't even bring them.

13.   ALL cars must be moved to the parking area after unloading. The only exceptions are a few merchants who have prior permission to park at their booths and are not planning on moving at all during Duckstock. IF you feel you want to keep your car with you at a camping area, please plan on using the camping area along the upper tree line near the upper showers and Log Cabin in the woods.  All roadways are to be kept completely clear (think of Emergency Vehicles).

14.   If you will need to be coming and going during the festival please plan on parking at the Registration area so you will not bother people that chose to stay.

15.   A pass out is required for each person when leaving the site or the festival. Pick it up when you leave… drop it off when you come back…. if you don’t have it when you come back on site you will be charged to reenter the Festival.

16.   Please follow all posted signs when using the roadways. There is NO road in front of the kitchen, in front of the onsite vending area or front of stage, no parking in front or back of Great Hall.  Parking is provided in Posted areas for the site, cabins, vendors, RV and camping areas.  

17.   Weather may alter any rules about the roads, parking, etc. etc.  This will be directed by Dragon Hills Staff as necessary.

18.   Please use designated parking areas at all times. Lock your valuables in your trunk; you signed the waiver that we are not responsible for theft or damages.

19.   Due to safety concerns, no cars are allowed to drive through the merchant area and in front of the stage after initial set up.

20.   Pets are not allowed at Dragon Hills.

21.   Please don't litter or pollute the site in any way, clean up after yourself, especially when you pack to go home. There will be an area posted for you to bring your trash.  DO NOT drop cigarette butts or bottle caps on the ground.

22.   All golf carts and ATVs must be approved by event coordinator prior to the event starting. Please call before you bring your Mobile devices to make arrangements.   Insurance is required to have them on site just like your Car or truck. This does not pertain to Electric wheel chairs or medical devices. ( Thanks James Middleton)

23.   The propane gas provided for the hot showers is not infinite; please be considerate with your usage and keep your showers SHORT.

24.    The kitchen is off-limits to participants.

25.   Due to Burn Bands from time to time, we will be posting if fires will be allowed and where. All Fires not in on-site Fire Pits need to be approved by the Site Manager, GET APPROVAL BEFORE BUILDING A FIREPIT.

26.   All Rocks moved to build a Fire Pit will need to be moved back when you leave.

27.   Fire wood is available for a Fee; please see Site Personnel for details. Down trees is available at no charge if you want to cut and haul pleases bring your own tools to cut Downed wood. . Use designated Fire pits when possible.

28.   Do NOT leave camp fires unattended.
